Today and Goals

Today I will work out. Today I will eat right. Today I will look at myself in the mirror and see my beauty not my flaws. Today I will set goals and work hard towards them.

2014 FITNESS GOALS:


  • Fit into my favorite pair of jeans (size 6)
  • Gain muscle
  • Wear a bikini and not be self conscious.
  • Try to eat paleo 90/10
  • Not beat myself up if I slip up. 
  • Be able to do a REAL push up.
  • Be able to do a pull up without help
These are my goals.

  2. Awesome goals! You will be able to do real push ups in no time. Sometimes I think they are easier than "girl" pushups.
