Today I will work out. Today I will eat right. Today I will look at myself in the mirror and see my beauty not my flaws. Today I will set goals and work hard towards them.
2014 FITNESS GOALS:
- Fit into my favorite pair of jeans (size 6)
- Gain muscle
- Wear a bikini and not be self conscious.
- Try to eat paleo 90/10
- Not beat myself up if I slip up.
- Be able to do a REAL push up.
- Be able to do a pull up without help

DeleteAwesome goals! You will be able to do real push ups in no time. Sometimes I think they are easier than "girl" pushups.
